It will then slowly roll out to cities in Georgia, Texas, Massachusetts, Illinois, Colorado, Florida, Arizona, Oregon, North Carolina, Washington, and the District of Columbia. Of course, you don't actually have to live in these states to buy the Ford Focus EV. The aforementioned states merely represent the markets in which drivers can procure the innovative car.
